This 10-day luxury Tanzania safari begins with a relaxing stay at Arusha Coffee Lodge before flying to Tarangire for elephant-rich game drives and baobab-dotted landscapes. Explore Lake Manyara’s tree-climbing lions and enjoy a cultural village tour in Mto wa Mbu. Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for Big Five sightings, then fly to the Serengeti for four unforgettable days of wildlife viewing, including a balloon safari. The journey ends with a leisure day and flight back from the bush to Kilimanjaro Airport.
Our staff will pick you up from Kilimanjaro International Airport and take you to your
accommodation, Arusha Coffee Lodge found and hidden amongst one of Tanzania’s largest
coffee plantations. You will stay in one of the plantation cottages with its unique architecture that
dates back to the early 1900’s. The interiors permeate of coffee beans-themed design and
amenities include a bar and cozy lounge as well as swimming pool and garden terrace.
In the morning, you will wake up to the aromas of the morning brew coming from the main
plantation as your breakfast is being prepared.

Will be picked up from the lodge and transfer to Arusha Airport for the flight (8:00 or 10:00 AM)
Its 20-minutes flight to Kuro Airstrip in Tarangire. The safari guide will meet/greet you upon
arrival in Tarangire National Park where you will begin your game viewing in the park including a
hot lunches. After lunch proceeds with an afternoon game drive, balance of the day will
eat dinner and overnight.

After a leisurely breakfast, begin your full day game viewing to enjoy the landscape, huge herds of
Elephant and many species of birds. The picturesque scenery and diverse bird-life assist in
creating the tranquil ambiance of the park. Its an amazing destination to watch birds, has a
bird list of over 500 bird species. Its swamps which are normally green all year round is the
commonest breeding area for various species in the entire park.
The park is also so famous for its baobab trees, many of which are over a thousand years old.
Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight once more.

After a leisurely breakfast, drive to Lake Manyara NP for half day game viewing.
Manyara National Park (330 sq km or 127 sq miles) on the base of the Great Rift Valley.
spending the rest of the day game viewing in the park to enjoy the lush jungle like ground water
forests filled with baboons, blue monkeys and tree climbing lions is so famous one.
About 400 species of birds have been recorded. This small park contains also five distinct
vegetation zones. Thus supporting a large variety of birds and animals.
The park is also famous for its large flocks of flamingos (pink-hued flamingos)
Thereafter will have half day guided walk tour at Mto wa Mbu village.
Mto wa Mbu is a good opportunity to get a sense of the people and their
daily lives in a guided walk tour, the program is run entirely by the local people. Hot local lunch
will be served today. This is a tour that you will get to learn and understand the full culture of
Tanzania while enjoying the beautiful nature and wildlife.

After an early breakfast, depart the lodge with packed lunches and drive to
Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
Descend into the Crater floor (19.2 km of diameter, 610m deep, 304 sq km) spending the rest of
the day exploring the crater. It is one of the world’s greatest natural spectacles, its magical setting
and abundant wildlife never fail to enthrall visitors including the last remaining Black and
flamingos on the Soda lake. All the “BIG FIVE”; Lion, Leopard, Rhino, Buffalo and Elephant could
be spotted in this caldera. Picnic lunches will be served at the hippo pool site.

After breakfast from the lodge, will be transferred to Lake Manyara Airstrip for your flight to
Serengeti North or West. (A 4-nights all-inclusive stay at the authentic camp)
Another safari guide will be picked up upon arrival in Lobo Airstrip or Seronera Airstrip
(The choice of Camp will be made in advance of your arrival to Tanzania with the decision based
on which location will provide the optimum game-viewing opportunities.

Begin your full days for game viewing in the park (14,763 sq km or 5,700 sq miles) with morning
and afternoon game-drives as well as with picnic lunch.
On this day, you may wish to take a picnic lunch and go for the whole day en route according to
game locations to see the migration of wildebeest, zebras, as well as gazelles, great herds of
buffalos, elephants, giraffes, lots of birds, all three African jackal species found here
and the spectacle of predators.
(Game viewing is best in the early morning and late afternoon when animals are active).

NOTE:
On the morning you will have a Balloon Safari. The balloon staff will pick the ballooners up at
0500 and proceed to the launch site to watch them inflate.
After the flight and a bush breakfast, will drive you back to the lodge for a rest or proceed with viewing.
Leisure breakfast and lunch at the camp and depending on your departure time.
Will be transferred to Lobo Airstrip or Seronera Airstrip for the flight to
Kilimanjaro International Airport for your scheduled flight back home or other destination.
