Experience an unforgettable journey into one of Africa’s most iconic wildlife destinations. Starting with an early departure from Arusha, you’ll enjoy a scenic drive and game viewing en route to Serengeti National Park, renowned for its vast plains, the Great Migration, and abundant wildlife. Day two is a full-day game drive through the park, with opportunities to spot the Big Five and optional activities like a hot air balloon safari. The final day includes a morning game drive before returning to Arusha and transferring to Kilimanjaro Airport, capping off an epic Serengeti adventure.
We will pick you up from the hotel at 6:00 AM and depart Arusha for Serengeti NP with game drive and picnic lunches en route Serengeti National Park is Tanzania’s oldest and most popular national park.
A UNESCO world heritage site and recently proclaimed the 7th wonder of the world, Serengeti is famed for its annual migration of
wildebeest, zebras, as well as gazelles, great herds of buffalos, elephants, giraffes, lots of birds, all three African jackal species found here and the spectacle of predators.

Begin your full day for game viewing in the park (14,763 sq km or 5,700 sq miles) with morning and afternoon game-drives as well as with picnic lunch. On this day, you may wish to take a picnic lunch or after hot lunch and go for the whole day en The Park is known for its healthy population of resident wildlife, particularly the “big five”, named for the five most prized trophies taken by hunters.
THE BIG FIVE “5”
Lion: the Serengeti is believed to hold the largest population of lions in Africa due in part to the abundance of prey species. More than 3,000 lions live in this ecosystem.
Leopard: these reclusive predators are commonly seen in the Seronera area but are present throughout the national park with a population of around 1,000
African Elephant: the herds are recovering from population lows in the 1980s caused by poaching
and are largely seen these days in the park.
African Buffalo: considered by many to be the most dangerous of the big five, reportedly causing
the most hunter deaths, with wounded animals reported to ambush and attack pursuers.
Rhinoceros: this may refer to either black or white rhinoceros. Among big five game hunters, the
black rhinoceros are also seen these days although critically endangered.

After a leisurely breakfast, This is another day of adventure in the park.
Depart the park with packed lunches and drives back to Arusha with game drive en route and (Optional brief stop at Olduvai Gorge Museum or Maasai Village on the way)
End of the day transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport where will connect your outward fight back home or other destinations.
