Keeping Our Guests Safe

As we prepare ourselves to welcome you to Tanzania, we are committed to providing you with a safe and clean environment.

Kings has always emphasized in health, hygiene and safety of its guests, partners and staff. As the pandemic continuously affects the travel industry

We have implemented the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) set by the Ministry of Health Tanzania. These have been developed and are directives of the World Health Organization (WHO) and other international guidelines.

Below are the key factors Kings have put in place to meet the health and safety challenges presented by COVID -19 and adhered by the staff.

Public Areas

For all our offices/vehicles/safari & mt climb equipment’s, we are going above and beyond our normal protocols. We are cleaning the surfaces with increased frequency, dedicated staff, and recommended cleaning agents.

Sanitizers

Regular use of hand sanitizer is encouraged with various sanitizing placed throughout the safari/mt climbing/beach etc. Regular temperature checks for all.

Social Distancing

We will be having signage to remind guests to maintain social distancing. We also recommend the use of masks.

Staff

All our staff are trained to follow the protocols. Making sure they wear masks, gloves, hygiene and cleanliness is maintained at all times. Inspections are done by the management on cleanliness and hygiene of the full on a regular basis.
