This 3-day Tanzania safari takes you through some of the country’s most iconic wildlife destinations, combining adventure, culture, and breathtaking scenery. Starting from Arusha, you’ll journey to Tarangire National Park to witness its massive elephant herds and ancient baobab trees. Day two takes you to the lush landscapes of Lake Manyara National Park, followed by a cultural walking tour in Mto wa Mbu village and an overnight stay near the Ngorongoro Crater. The final day is spent exploring the UNESCO-listed Ngorongoro Crater, home to abundant wildlife including the Big Five, before concluding with a transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport for your departure.

Full Itinerary

Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park

We will pick you up from the lodge at 7:00 AM and depart for Tarangire National Park where you will begin your game viewing in the park including a picnic lunch.After lunch proceeds with an afternoon game drive to enjoy the landscape, huge herds of Elephant and many species of animals and birds as well. The park is so famous for its baobab trees, many of which are over a thousand years old. End of the day will eat dinner and overnight.

After a leisurely breakfast, drive to Lake Manyara NP for half day game viewing.Manyara National Park (330 sq km or 127 sq miles) on the base of the Great Rift Valley.

spending the rest of the day game viewing in the park to enjoy the lush jungle like ground waterforests filled with baboons, blue monkeys and tree climbing lions is so famous one.About 400 species of birds have been recorded. 

This small park contains also five distinct vegetation zones. Thus supporting a large variety of birds and animals.The park is also famous for its large flocks of flamingos (pink-hued flamingos) Thereafter will have half day guided walk tour at Mto wa Mbu village.
Mto wa Mbu is a good opportunity to get a sense of the people and their daily lives in a guided walk tour, the program is run entirely by the local people. Hot local lunch will be served today. This is a tour that you will get to learn and understand the full culture of
Tanzania while enjoying the beautiful nature and wildlife.
End of the day drive to Ngorongoro for dinner and overnight on the rim of the crater.

After an early breakfast, depart the lodge with packed lunches and drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend into the Crater floor (19.2 km of diameter, 610m deep, 304 sq km) spending the rest of the day exploring the crater. It is one of the world’s greatest natural spectacles, its magical setting and abundant wildlife never fail to enthrall visitors including the last remaining Black and flamingos on the Soda lake. All the “BIG FIVE”; Lion, Leopard, Rhino, Buffalo and Elephant could be spotted in this caldera. Picnic lunches will be served at the hippo pool site.
End of the day transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport where will connect your outward fight
back home or other destinations.
