BOOKINGS:
40% Advance at the time of booking.
30% Payment one month prior to arrival.
30% Payment on cash (USD notes from years 2006 onwards) upon arrival in Tanzania OR 2 weeks prior.
PAYMENT METHODS: We provide you with the below payment options:
- International Bank Wire Transfer:
When transferring the funds, please ensure that our final bank account name, account number, swift code, address, correspondents bank details are mentioned in the transfer copy. This mode of payment takes a minimum of 1-3 working days for the funds to arrive into our USD bank account.
- Online payment (Visa and Master card).
We accept master and visa cards, however there’s a 3.5% bank surcharge. Will send you details. -USD or EURO Cash (USD notes from years 2006 onwards)
CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be made in writing to King of Africa Safaris & Trekking Ltd and will be charged cancellation fees, depending on the number of days before the tour begins. -60 to 30 days prior to departure, a 25% cancellation fee is retained by the hotel/lodges. -29 to 15 days prior to departure, a 50% cancellation fee is retained by the hotel/lodges. -Less than 14 days requires cancellation fees of 100% by the hotel/lodges. Cancellations received (70 days or more prior to departure are subject to refund) BUT a $150*** as administration fee will be deducted + Sending fees.
ALTERATIONS TO TOURS: Our Company reserves the right to alter or modify the itinerary of any tour, if flights schedule or surface transportation changes, security matters and/or events beyond its control make such alterations necessary.
ACCOMMODATIONS: Accommodations are subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our control. Every effort will be made to operate tours as planned, but alterations may occur after the final itinerary has been issued.
SPECIAL REQUESTS: Specific requests such as connecting or adjacent rooms, smoking or non-smoking rooms and special dietary needs should be advised at the time of booking. Please be advised that every effort will be made to secure your special request; however, they cannot be guaranteed.
PLEASE NOTE: For those who do not complete the trip (unused portions of the program) because of sickness, death of family member etc. Every effort will be made to secure refunds for the following (park entry fees and gasoline). For accommodation will try to get refund from hotels/lodges, however this cannot be guaranteed.
